Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, the following conditions apply.

1. Return Period

Returns can be requested within the return period specified by us from the date of delivery. The return policies published in our shop at the time of the order are decisive.

2. Prerequisites for Returns

A return is only possible for items that:

have already been delivered
are returned unused, complete, and in suitable condition
are not excluded from return

Items specifically excluded from return include:

products custom-made for customers
perishable goods
hygiene or personal care products, provided they are no longer in their original sealed packaging
items marked as final sale

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise agreed or mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise, the customer bears the costs of the return shipment. Returns must be sent at your own expense to the return address provided by us.

We recommend sending returns with tracking. No liability can be assumed for lost or unprovably shipped returns.

4. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will generally be issued via the original payment method used. A refund will only be granted for eligible returns in accordance with our return policies valid at the time of the order.

Any return fees or restocking fees may be deducted from the refund, provided this is stipulated in our return policies and legally permissible.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible for items that have not yet been processed or shipped, within the scope of the cancellation conditions specified in our shop.

6. B2B Note

For orders placed by companies, commercial customers, or other business customers, different regulations may apply, provided this is legally permissible or individually agreed upon.
