Shipping Information

We ship our products within Switzerland and – where agreed – internationally.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order, the delivery address, and the selected shipping method. They are displayed separately before the order is completed.

Delivery Area

Our standard delivery area is Switzerland. International shipping is available upon request.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of the order. For larger order quantities, project-related orders, or products with different availability, delivery times may be extended accordingly.

Partial Deliveries

If a product is temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.

Shipping Partners

Orders are shipped through our designated shipping partners. We select the shipping carrier based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Collection

Collection of orders is only possible by prior arrangement.

Transport Damage

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt for completeness and any visible damage. Any transport damage must be reported to us without delay.
